I have ordered one set of 3 checked shirts for men XL-34 on 25.06.2020 through on line in Tuckme.co.in. Rs.1099 paid through credit card, via pay u in_ paisa. as there is no cash on delivery option. Order I’d is TUK3028. got order confirmation mail from helptuckme@outlook.com, in which mentioned i will be notified when product has been sent. But it’s been 19 days i have not received any communication from them and product not yet received even though i mailed them thrice to the above mentioned mail id.
Kindly help me in this matter

I’ve booked an order in TUCKME website displayed in Facebook page …
My order is pack of 3 shirts @1099 rs ..when I’ve not confirmed my order due to non availability of COD they called me and accepted to deliver the goods in COD method.
But unfortunately I’ve received different shirts which I’ve not ordered with very poor quality
