PAYMENT AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED IN CASE OF TRANSCTION FAIL
I am a regular customer of paytm. So i purchase products in regular bases. On 11th july 2018 When i order a product through paytm payment amount will be deducted from my bank account but transaction fail.
For that reason i had complain of my sitution to paytm customer care but the response is not satisfactory and when i trid to connect with customer care agent the call is connected after half an hour or more .Thankyou and please help
