Maina kal patym se delhi se varanasi ke liye ticket book kri ac sleeper me. Aaj travels valo kaa phone aaya or unhone kaha ki hmari bus kharab ho gyi hai too appko seater me jana pdega or kuch refund kr denge.
Or agar cancil krni hai too apko refund 24 hours ke baad milega …hmara jana bohot jruri hai too ….thodi bahas hui unse call pr fir unko humme last last me seater bus ki timing puch kr phone cut …or jab humne kaha app allternate kyu rakhte too unhone kaha..appne patym se book kri hai unse baat kre…fir maina patym pr call kiya unse baat hui …unhone muje sab btaya ki agar aisa kuch hota hai tooo..hum compensation or refund krte hai…apni term condition btayi muje……pr jo condition bola unhone muje ki hum aisa ho sakta hai tab aisa…ye sab booking ke time unhoke kisi bhi page pr nhi likhaa hota…unke applicatim me…jisse ki mai pahlse se aware rahta ….
patym vale jab koi offer dete hai tooo vo apni sab condition btaa dete hai…too bus ticket booking pr kyu nhi dii… mere bhaiya bimar hai…unko patym ke is puri jaankari nhi dene ke vjaa se..taklif me jana padd raha..kyuki or koi ticket kisi bus me nhi..or patym vale sirf soory bol dete ..jisse hmari muskil kam nhi hoti…….
meri complain ki kyu patym valoo ne apni sab condition booking ke time kyu nhi show ki…application me…kyu nhi btaya. Customer ko ki..aisa kuch ho sakta….hum trust krte hai…inpr or yr sorry bol bol cheat…so i requested you too please take strick action on them. Mai nhi cahata kisi or ke sath aisa ho or customer chup rahe…..
