Hello,
I’m totally stunned by the laid back attitude of vodafone “officers” including the customer service.
As a matter of fact, when the customer service can not provide appropriate services, what should I expect from the responsible offices marked in this email.

For a recap, the first complaint regarding poor network was made on 20-March and the complaint# was 525071746

I don’t know what the ETA of resolution was, but the request was closed without any agreement or consultation with me.

I was later told that the technical team has closed the request and a new one has been opened.

The second complaint for the same problem was raised on 3-April and the complaint# was 522261772.

I was told that in 15 days the issue will be resolved.

On 16th I received a call that before 17th, a technical team will visit to address the problem.

I get a call today that the ticket is being worked upon and in the next 5 days someone from technical team will visit the location.

So, essentially the ETA for resolution of the problem keeps on changing repeatedly.
My request to Vodafone – please stop playing with your customer and continuously apologizing every time – things are not fine and my business is suffering practically everyday
