Incoming calls are not working on this mobile however there is no issues with outgoing functionality. I have tried Vodafone customer service nemerous times from 8PM Thursday to 1 PM Friday the response I got is their system is down for all the while and none of them can help me. No escalation possible. They can’t provide the complaint number.. pathetic and unprofessional attitude from them..

Please help to resolve my incoming call issues.
