Hi team,

This is Mounika Reddy I have ordered the products through online.

I have purchased 10 products along with below order number:
1. 1121740-1626703-8608003

It shows the status of the products as delivered and we haven’t received the orders.
Is that not your responsibility to check whether the order has been delivered, and we have received the mail as the order has been delivered.
We have already raised the complaint on October 9th , but we haven’t received the complaint number, but we have received the complaint number on October 12th.
Do you think that the customers need to wait for 3 days to get the complaint number.
And again when we are calling to the customer service they keep on repeating the same statement as we would get back to you within 48 hours and that’s
not been done till date.
This looks pitty on your end you do not have tracking of the orders where the products have been delivered, and do you think that the customers would
in form you regarding these that the courier we haven’t received.
You just try to push these towards the customers end saying to prove about the signature, how can you expect the customers to prove the signatures.
As we are not bothered about the signatures it’s your responsibility to check and deliver the products to the right person.
This shows how security is in place, without even looking at the identity proof how can you just order the products to the random the customers.
This shows how you are stubborn to the customers and least bothered to check the status, and if we are trying to reach you out.
It’s difficult to reach you, do you expect customers to spend their precious time just to call and know the never ending status calls.
Every time the customers are forced to call the customer service and there would be no response.
I would like to understand what is the SLA to the customer complaints.
It’s been 15 days still you would try to point the error to the customers side.
I would need the refund right now to my account.

Is this the way you respond to customers?

This is really bad experience to me, and bad image on Myntra.
We have lost the trust on your company.

Request higher officials to take action and to contact me.
