For past 3 months i have been living in Colive Ruby, Hyderabad and the conditions here are completely and utterly careless and pathetic. Last 3 days there has been no water supply either to drink water, to bathe or to wash your face even.
1. There is no property manager incharge.
2. Food is supplied by an outside vendor who makes a bulk gravy for a month and vegetables are added to it simply without any effort in cooking. So it is the same food taste 6 days of the week and that too cold and stale food.
3. No daily cleaning of property premises leave aloan the rooms cleaning which was assured min of 2 times in a week and that is also done by begging the cleaning staff to clean.
4. There is no network in rooms due to congestion of floors made in a non effectiveanner to block all carrier signals and on top of it, the wifi provider ION is giving slowest wifi speed in the era of 5G with frequent disconnections.
5. The SOS team in banglore is effective in avoiding any confrontation and not accepting any responsibility and even upon asking that is there any authority you answer to or any norms they follow, they simply replied NO ( we cant be monitored or controlled ) justifying their rudeness and monopoly.
6. For last few weeks there was frequently no water for some days and now for the last 3 days the water motor has blown and not yet repaired.
16000 basic rent for whole room with 2 beds, with added costs of overcharged electricity and services charges greedily charged everytime yet no improvement in any aspect and only depreciation continues.
Any one please help.
Police complaint is the only option left here.
