Till the date I was recharging my number on monthly basis, the internet speed was satisfactory. Seeing performance, opted for yearly package and few days later Reliance Jio shown their actual side. Internet speed become 0-1kBPS in place of several1 mbps. I am sure any tower cannot go below few kbps all of sudden from several MBPS.
Called their customer care but didn’t receive anything except pathetic approach of their representatives and supervisors
