I have order the OnePlus Buds (White) | B08CVMXPGY ( B08CVMXPGY ) from amazon on 18-September-2020 of amount INR 4990/- from Appario Retail Private Ltd amazon seller. and order received on 20-September-2020. When i opened the Amazon package it was not sealed and the product is missing from the package. I called to amazon customer service and logged a complaint for the same. They started investigation for 5 days, on 5th day they said me we could not resolve your issue. I have tried to convince them to reinitiate the investigation but they rejected my concern and disconnected the phone call. I need a justice, i have the all phone call records which i had with Amazon customer service.
