I have ordered a product through WhatsApp and Instagram store named particlestore (now its global particle store) owned by Ashwin ram kannan no 7736194875.
I paid its amount on june. Now it’s about 60 days no proper replay for delivery time. And not ready for refund.
He cheated me too, i loss my money now he is not responding for my chats
He was saying item will deliver in 2 week now its 2 months and above,,,
What shoud i do guyz

Write an email to Cybercell with transaction details, Whatsapp chats and screenshots. Also file a written complaint at the nearest police station with the account statement including the transaction.
Don’t delay since possibility of getting a refund legally diminishes the longer you wait to complaint.
Please dont buy anithing frm him he is a fraud,
He never gonna delivery your product or never refund your money,
So please stay away from him,,, he never gonna place ur order,
I’ve also had the same experience with him . I’ve paid the whole amount and he did not delivered as he promised nor Refunded. Now it’s been 112 days .

After so many comments against him why police is not taking any action??

pls enlighten about the complaints on me. funny thing is why authorities contacted me on legal complaints. because no complaints are there. very simple. thats what even i say, proceed with the complaint / then truth will come out. i dont have stupids trying to leverage me with such comments. i have seen this as a habit with lot of people who black mail me saying i will post so n so . blah blah blah. so i dont care what u post. dont try to be a hero on my expense !

He is cheating people across the country.
Mainstream newspaper Daily Pioneer has a report against him on Jan 10th. He should be caught soon.

Chennai based youth nabbed, people duped for buying branded mobiles

Cyber-crime Bhopal arrested Chennai based miscreant for duping to the tune of Rs 7.5 lakh in the name of selling branded mobile phones over Instagram and Whatsapp; over 50 people across state have been duped, said police.
The accused identified as Ashwin Ram Kanan of Chennai Tamil Naidu used to fraud in the name of selling electronic products over Instagram and Whatsapp.
Kanan would offer products and accessories of Apple brand at low prices to lure the victims and would also deliver a smaller order initially but later when the order size would be bigger accused would cheat the victims.
The victim would be trapped by getting deliveries of small order and later larger order was offered and victim would pay for the same but never get goods or money was refunded.
The accused used to trap victims globalparticlestore over Instagram.
Earlier Bhopal based victim Jatin Wadhwani who runs a mobile phone store and ordered mobile phones from globalparticlestore and provided Rs 7 lakh as advance but never received mobile phones.
The victim found globalparticlestore over Instagram. The victim contacted with store where he was offered mobile phones and accessories.
After placing the order victim was never provided with mobile phones and accessories.
Later victim lodged complaint with the cyber cell and based on the complaint police registered case against the unidentified miscreants.
In the technical analysis, it was found that the accused had cheated scores of people across different regions.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation, the police registered a case under section 420 of the IPC.
Police said that when victim tried to call mobile numbers were found to be switched off and later he lodged complaint.
Later, in the investigation it was found that the accused has cheated several victims across the country.
