I have ordered food from a restaurant through swiggy mobile application. And I made a payment of Rs. 332/-.
When I opened the order it is found that one of the items in the order was missing. Its cost was Rs 270/- Immediately i have contacted swiggy through swiggy chat and they informed that they need to investigate. Due to Lockdown in Kerala Restaurant was closed at 1900Hrs. I opened the order cover at 2000Hrs hence I was not able to contact the restaurant directly. Now swiggy has informed me via email that, they will neither refund my money nor deliver the missing food.
