**Hello, my name is Anjum, and I was working at the iEnergizer company located at Plot No. 512 in Gurgaon. The kind of partiality and injustice I experienced there is beyond words. The environment is extremely toxic, and I honestly have no words left to describe it.**
The trainers, managers, and even the HR team behave as if every employee is beneath them. They consider themselves superior just because they hold these positions, and assume that anyone coming to work under them must be ignorant or naïve.
After working for an entire month, I was told that I would receive my salary only if I completed four assignments. When I had joined, I specifically asked the HR team whether the training period was unpaid, since my offer letter stated that the training would be unpaid. The HR assured me it was *paid* training, so I agreed and joined.
However, just two weeks after joining, they changed their stance and informed me that unless I cleared the certification, I would not be paid. Initially, I was hired for a 5-day working schedule, but later they told me I had to work 6 days instead due to process demands.
My trainer told me bluntly that if I failed the second assessment, I would be terminated. When I appeared for the first assessment, I scored 82% and passed. Another girl scored 71%, yet she was passed without issue. In the second assignment, i.e. the Amadeus assessment, I failed. Normally, two attempts are provided, but the kind of behavior they showed towards me was humiliating and unfair. They pushed me into quitting my job.
Even though I asked for a second attempt, they treated me with so much disrespect that I was forced to leave. I truly believe this company does not value its employees, nor does it guarantee salary or treat you with dignity.
I’ve tried to find platforms or authorities where I could register a formal complaint against these three people—HR, the trainer, and the manager—but haven’t come across any proper channel. Even their HR Vice President doesn’t seem approachable; there’s no official email ID or place to raise such issues. So honestly, I don’t think anyone in the company would even listen to me.
If you’d like, I can help you draft a professional complaint email that you can send to their corporate office or upload to a consumer complaint site. Let me know your preferred tone—firm, polite, or strong—and I’ll format it accordingly. Please translate in Hindi
