I Dr. Pallavi Soni, am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent delivery practice by Meesho, an online e-commerce platform. I had placed an order of 2 quantity on their platform, Order ID 231723773670 of order value 958, on April 21, 2023. The delivery date for was showing as April 28, 2023, in the Meesho app for only 2 quantity under suborder id 231723773670_1 even though quantity received in actual is only 1.
Meesho is yet to deliver the 2nd quantity,so when I called to check on the delivery Meesho is saying that they can not take the complaint saying they can not take any complaint after 7 days of delivery but how can they deny when I did not receive the second quantity of same order. Is not this fraud?
I have not received any resolution or a refund for the undelivered products.
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of action taken by Meesho to rectify this issue, and I am writing to request that you take action against Meesho. I kindly request that you ask them to either deliver the full order or refund my amount without any further delay. I have waited for almost ten days, and I am no longer in a position to wait.
I hope for a quick resolution to this matter.

Dear Pallavi, we understand your concern regarding the missing quantity received on Order ID 231723773670. As your order was delivered on 28-04-2023 you can raise any issues within 7 days of delivery which is passed. Hence, we will not be able to accept your claim. In order to avoid such situations in the future, please submit a request within 7 days from the product delivery.
