I applied for phD admissions at IIT Jammu for July 2021 session. After consulting the eligibility criteria mentioned in official advertisement/notification (IITJMU/PhD/01/2021), i filled the application form and paid a fee of 1000/- Rs. But in the list of shortlisted candidates (released on 19th may 2021) , i was disqualified on behalf of a newly described eligibility criteria (explained in the shortlisted candidate list).
