It has passed about 2 years. But Paiza pay is not returning my money and not delivering gold Vouchers.

They lured us in a scheme that like Paytm, Paiza Pay has launched its mobile wallet. It is legal, that’s why they are able to provide all services like other mobile wallets.

They offered us to give cash back on every transaction (Earlier they were giving too). As well as earning by referring to friends.

On Id of Rs. 11800/- we were supposed to receive Rs. 200/- for 109 days, means 21800/- in our wallet which were transferable into bank account after deducting Tax.

And on Id of Rs. 5900/- we were supposed to receive Rs. 100/- for 109, means 10900/-

Initially everything was as per promise.

We felt that everything is legal because they were taking money through bank only, they were deducting Tax, they were providing all services as other mobile wallets, and they were crediting cash back in wallet.

Suddenly they stopped us to transfer cash from wallet to bank.

Then they launched their new scheme, they launched shopping website and forced us to use wallet cash for shopping only but with condition 50% from wallet and 50% from our bank. Their product prices and shipping charges were high thus we make our mind to by gold voucher only.

Once they delivered gold voucher, thus I ordered again, then they forced us to pay 70% from bank and 30% from wallet.

Now it has passed more than a year, but my Gold Vouchers order dated 11.06.2019 vide order id PPAY_0044976_0139429 For Rs. 15000/- (3 Vouchers of 5000/- each) not delivered yet. At that time Gold rate was approx Rs. 30000/- but not its about Rs. 50000/- Why should I bear this loss.

Now my wallet money Rs. 24054/- and gold vouchers are pending.

But they are not giving any satisfactory response.

They do not respond over email or whatsapp, after numerous try somehow if we connect to customer care, they make false promises only.

Now want compensation for the loss which I bear financially as well as mentally.
