Regarding the poor customer service and misguidance
Hello, I am Karthik.V.P a loyal customer of Vodafone for past 5 years. On May 30, a person named Anand claiming himself as Advocate(8189952093) stated that there is a complaint on me for the due of bill amount. I asked regarding it. He said I need to pay Rs. 4500 but it would be enough if I pay Rs.3500. So paid on June 3 the respected amount. They said they will activate the connection. After that they didn’t respond for my calls nor my queries. So I raised a compliant on Appellate regarding this. I am not sure whether it reached as I didn’t get any confirmation mail from them too. So I took the screenshot of the mail I send to Mr. Anand who was contacting me for the due amount. Immediately a person named Karthikeyan(8939196009) called that he will clear the issue and asked me to reach Vodafone store on June 8 and there will a person as Suresh(9176346369). I met the suresh the next day and gave all my proof but still my sim is not activated yet. There was no response from the store. The store is established to serve the clients but there is no such thing happened here. I has been wandering just to make my connection work in this pandemic situation. They have never answered my calls. Then they said me to wait till this 10 days strict lockdown as they cant do any work. But it has been 5 days I didn’t get any response and my connection is still deactive. Suresh from the store called to come to store meanwhile he hold and went to someone and didn’t contacted me back. I dont have any other go but to take legal action. I have never seen a worst service. Enough of being a Vodafone customer. Kindly do the neddy as soon as possible.
