I’ve been using Airtel for the past 6 years.. and I have taken 1 year subscription before.
I made a payment of 698 rs. for 84 days Unlimited pack on 31July 2020 8:00 p.m. through my UPI at Thanks App.
My Pack has not been activated yet and my current Service has been taken back.
I want my Cash to be refunded or My pack has to be activated to my Number.
I sent them mail for the past 3 days.I got no proper response.
