Text of Complaint by Arijit Sinharay:

Dear Sir,

I have charged my airtel prepaid no 8945803938 with Rs 647 for three months (Transaction ID:  911947252) on July 5th. However, from July 15 it is showing that my account balance is zero and I cant call/sue my SIM. I tried calling the customer support but never found to talk to someone (the IVR design is pathetic – impossible to find the option to  talk to someone ).
