I ordered 3 items from Swiggy Instamart. Order id 151617138390715. I received only 2 items and did not receive “Prasuma chicken Salami”. I checked the items in front of the delivery guy and he confirmed that he got only 2 items from the store. Swiggy has taken my money and did not deliver the products. Even after multiple ways of contacting them, they denied any refund or sending the product. I am scammed by swiggy. They took my money and did not send me my product.
