I ordered a wallet priced at 1,999.0rs from LUZURYMAART.IN on 23rd April 2026, at that time due to some error i wasn’t able to make payment so i contacted them through their WhatsApp, on that they provided me with UPI qr code (paytm.s20q34m@pty) and i paid on that immediately and shared the screenshot with them and the sent me a message saying that your order has been placed and tracing link will be provided within 24 hours. Till not i have received nothing as such and they are sending me mails that your order is pending please pay to proceed further. I tried to contact them through their WhatsApp and mail id on website but nothing i received back. And now the mail id also seems to not working as Gmail shows me that “There was a problem delivering your message to care@luxurymaart.in.”
