Text of Complaint by Kumar Patel:

I ordered a wallet priced at 1,999.0rs from LUZURYMAART.IN on 23rd April 2026, at that time due to some error i wasn’t able to make payment so i contacted them through their WhatsApp, on that they provided me with UPI qr code (paytm.s20q34m@pty) and i paid on that immediately and shared the screenshot with them and the sent me a message saying that your order has been placed and tracing link will be provided within 24 hours. Till not i have received nothing as such and they are sending me mails that your order is pending please pay to proceed further. I tried to contact them through their WhatsApp and mail id on website but nothing i received back. And now the mail id also seems to not working as Gmail shows me that “There was a problem delivering your message to care@luxurymaart.in.”

Same happened with me I paid by WhatsApp got the message that the order is received and tracking details will be shared with 24 hours but till now nothing, their email ids are wrong they don’t have a phone number, the number provided on WhatsApp you can’t call at that number basically they are big scammers I am waiting for their reply since march they haven’t replied till now I have paid them 3999
