I am from MG nagar, poonamallee, chennai 600056. I use my phone primarily for internet. That is the reason why I chose jio4g. At least that what I tell myself. U guys came and pretty much kicked all other network providers from existing with ur consumer friendly prices, which is a good thing. But at the same time u ripped the freedom of choice from the people.
- In 2019 if u want to use high speed internet u must use jio which has network coverage in almost every where. Network coverage- Thats all I got. Despite having full network range the top internet speed we could possibly experience is 50kb/s and even 0kb/s(after 6.00pm) which is way worse than 2g. At first the speed was fine, now its pathetic. It is very humiliating to see someone using other 3g sim or the same jio without any data plan having the same speed or better as the ones who actually paid for high speed internet….
- If there are any problems in ur service, u should clear it as soon as possible especially for prepaid users like us. Its been 2.5 weeks since the problem begun, even after our complaints u guys are doing nothing.
- Give as good service or allow others to give the same.
- Or refund the money for the paid victims.
- Or please Indian government…. Give us good BSNL back.
