Text of Complaint by Yasar Arafath:

We have recently made a shifted to a new place and subsequently shifted  our airtel connection .Please find below prior shifting and after shifting scenarios

Date of shifting airtel connection:10-Feb-2019

Prior shifting:

4 days Prior shifting connection network was down .and we were not able to get any connection,due to which we were unable to use 50 % of the data.But airtel has sent us the bill for one whole month usage.Even after repeatedly requesting they have not reduced the bill .

 

After shifting:

Its been more than 20 days and more than 20+ calls to thier customer service and we have sent them couple of times a mail.Yet they are not at all giving a proper solution.Due to this its been a harassment for us and waste of our time.
