I HAD BOOKED MY TICKET ON 18-DEC-2021 FOR CHENNAI TO PUNE FOR THE JOURNEY DATE 1JAN2022 AND 0N 24DEC2022 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AIRLINES THAT MY TICKET HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO SOME OPERATIONAL REASON. THEN I CONTACTED TRAVOLOOK CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY AMOUNT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS AND AFTER 7 DAYS I AGAIN CONTACTED THEM THROUGH MAIL AND CALL THEY DIDN’T RESPOND TO ME AND AFTER SO MANY ATTEMPTS FOR DAYS THEY TOLD ME ON CALL THAT I WILL RECEIVE IN 30 WORKING DAYS. AFTER 30 DAYS I CONTACTED THEM THEY AGAIN DIDN’T RESPOND. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 45 DAYS.
