I had ordered plants from Bud and Blush site and they have sent them through Ekart. Due to incorrect phone number on shipping details, I had not received the OTP. Though I have provided my Aadhar card with my address and other details the delivery partner refused to deliver the package. I had also called Bud and Blush and they confirmed that they will take responsibility but the delivery partner manager rudely refused.
