The Ekart delivery executives refuse to deliver doorstep everytime. They ask us to come down and collect our package.
If we refuse they just mark the status as customer unavailable and leave without delivering the package.
Unprofessional and unethical behaviour.
Also, there is no contact number to reach out the company and complaint about it.
Due to such behaviour we often are hesitant to order products online. I hope someone takes strict action against such unethical service provider.
