As it is Monsoon Season in Kerala, mosquito problems are really a lot in my place. I ordered HIT Anti Mosquito Racquet with Amazon on 25 May 2020. As per the tracking details, the product arrived at the Amazon’s Delivery Partner’s hub on 1 June 2020. The date committed for delivery by Amazon was 6 June 2020 but I am yet to receive the product. I sent many mails to the Customer Service division of Amazon but didn’t yield any result. They simply ask me to wait, wait and wait with excuses one by one. My attempts to contact the delivery partner of Amazon (E Com Express) also was in vain.
