I orderd a product from meesho on 1st March and it was supposed to be delivered on 9th March 2024. But the same evening when I checked the product status it’s showed delivered but delivery executive never called me or even took a OTP from me. And I raised a complaint on meesho with customer service they told me to wait for 7 days. I waited and that delivery executive called and said madam I delivered the product and I asked him to whom did you delivery and he told I don’t know and I asked him again why didn’t you call me and and how do you deliver the product without the OTP and he told he’ll come by the house and investigate the house and after that I’ve been calling him regarding this but he not responding any of my call. If I contact again meesho customer service they have no idea about this and they again told me to wait for another 7 days. Attaching the delivery executive number FYR – +91 96323 72246
