I ordered a fancy jewel set of amount Rs. 300 on 04th Oct 2021.

I got call from E Com Logistics agent for order. I told him to cancel and return the order because I’m not available.
He hasn’t delivered the package but marked package as delivered which I got to know when I received the text message.
(The suspicious thing was that – when I told him to cancel delivery, he asked me twice that the order is prepaid? I said Yes)
I informed Meesho on the same but Meesho agent replied that your package is delivered to you which is signed by you.
How this is possible when I was not at the place. Also the sign is just a vertical line.
I clarified them that I never received the package & the most important thing is that I told courier agent to cancel the delivery then how come It is delivered.
From that day I sent multiple follow ups & called customer care to look into this & refund my money but they are not replying.
ECom Logistics agent are their, frauds & Meesho is supporting them.
