Sir mene G star oyo hotel bhopal me 391₹ ki paid booking ki thi 12-13 tarikh ko but owner ne paid booking accept krne se mana kr diya or fir mujhe cash 700₹ ka dusra room lena pada but mera jo 391₹ ka amount paid tha vo fasa hua hai to mujhe refund karvana hai maine customer care no. Pr bhi call kiya tha but koi help nhi mili Isiliye main yaha complaint kr raha hun…..iske pehele bhi mera 350₹ paid amount fas gya tha but vo to refund ho gya tha pr ye 391₹ ke liye main customer care pr complaint nhi kr paya kyuki contect hi nhi ho paya customer care se Isiliye mera aapse nivedan hai ki aap mera 391₹ ka amount refund karvane me meri help karen or mera 391₹ refund karva de ……. Please
