Hi

 

I have face d an issue with OYO customer care, look like they are intentionally wasting customer time. To getting bill for booked room they have wasted my time of 1 hour not even provided the bill. Also they are not even providing information to escalate it to next level authorities. I think they are not providing proper  invoices to customers, If customer asking them they are not responding.

Need your intervention to make them serve customer in respectful manner.
