Hi,
I would like to file complain AGAINST the company doomonline.com. The ad I saw was on social media app and when I clicked on that it directly placed my order with cash on delivery. I DID NOT placed this order. The item is not even worth 900/- and is a cheap 50/- slippers. I had to take the order from the delivery person since the order was cod and was in the impression that I can send it back to the company. There is no address on the package. The item is fake and so the company. Can someone please look into this and take necessary action. They are making money off the internet by selling wrong product and taking customer bank details and address and processing it later.
