I have booked a hotel using Oyo app . It was my mistake that I have not checked the details that couples are aloud or not but after visiting the hotel I can to know about this so I cancelled the booking because that time it was showing that half amount will be refunded.But till not any amount is not refunded and also denied by customer service of Oyo.The amount for which hotel was booked was Rs. 424 and the half amount should be refunded.Also now in the app it is marked checked in without my concern and no refund is showing.
