Dear sir
i booked a oyo rooms in mussorie 12 june to 15 june .Oyo assure me that room will be clean and hygienic but it was a disaster to go with oyo room was dirty,bathroom gate cant be locked tv was not working inside room bottle of liquor inside bed no room service staff during my stay no one is here to clean my room they .they came inside my room to threat me to make payment.

Ihave booked oyo room at Kovalam at chennai tamilnadu, 12- sep -2020 to 13-sep-2020, i was pay the money form online, when i reached the resort for check- in the resort that resort manager told all rooms are full, go and ask oyo for rooms i tried to reach the oyo they not responds my after that i cancel my room. oyo charged full amount, i canceled my trip and back to my home.
