I have booked one room with oyo application. My booking id is EV4T8167. When I went there for checking in I came to know that there is no such hotel in that location. I contacted oyo customer care many times all of them heard the whole story and some cancelled the call and others told to contact another person like that. When I called for the first time oyo customer care executive have given hotel’s contact number. I called 5 times no one picked up. I went there at 6 p.m today and waited for two hours. I paid Rs 500 for taxi. Please take necessary steps for refunding my money and travelling expense.
