Text of Complaint by Ripa Sarkar:

18th August,2022 Kolkata , dhakuria Abi’s inn hotel 3rooms was booked for 6guest for 24th & 25th August,2022, as per booking procedure money was debited from bank account of Rs. 3196/- but few Minutes later it was showing booking cancelled from oyo app. No refund is received after 48hours of booking cancellation, several times we tried to call oyo customer service representative they was very casual and rude sometimes and each time I called them they disconnected the call after a few conversations saying they are connecting the call to Thier Higher executive. How can I recover the loss which caused by oyo service, looking for a solution to the inconvenience caused I am writing this complaint against oyo service.
