Text of Complaint by Yooshal shiban:

Oyo made me confirm a booking by paying the full amount of 1739 rupees before checking into the rooms! Then the hotel owner spoke rudely! And told us that there were no rooms left! And made us leav from there! Then i cancelled the booking which was openely showed that the refund is applicable without any cancellation fee! Then i cancelled the booking and then they said that the refund is initiated and will be refunded within 24 hours but its more than 24 hours and again i called them and they said again 24 hours! This scene was faced by my friend also! And yet he did not get the refund! Please its a kind request! Please help me!
