My Oyo Booking ID: WPJA1536, today I book Oyo hotel for 1day stay, when I go there, that hotel receptionist say to me that your partner I’d is not local, but how can it possible she’s from umred DISTRICT Nagpur, and hotel is also in Nagpur, receptionist said me you cancel your booking and Oyo will give you refund, after cancellation Oyo not giving me my refund money
So, I requested you please gives my refund from Oyo rooms
