Text of Complaint by Vipinsuresh:

I haven’t received the refund till now, which I booked last month through the Oyo mobile app. My booking was cancelled before 24 hours on that date, and when I called customer care regarding this, they said it would take 14 days to get a refund. It’s been a month now, and I still haven’t received the money yet. Now, when I contact Oyo customer care, they hold my calls for more than 30 minutes and disconnect the call.
