- Sir I booked an oyo room at OYO 78356 SANKHABELA GUEST HOUSE, DIGHA, WEST BENGAL on 1st april 2021 , payment paid online, after booking i reached hotel then hotel staff said that one person staying is not allowed in Digha which I was completely unaware of but it was not written in the details in OYO app, so I had to cancel the order and cancelled it but no refund was made, so started calling their customer service OYO HELP 9313931393, after trying several times, their service number was unreachable everytime. I called on their number again on 5th april, but the customer care executive clearly said that refund not possible because I called them after 4 days, not on 1st april..but again on 1st april their number was unreachable..
- i want my REFUND..
