I have booked a room for my family on 15th June 2023 at Palani Oyo Flagship MS Residency. The hotel denied check in stating the reason that quota for OYO is already over and asked us to book to them directly. We then contacted Oyo customer support but they put the call on hold and after 15 m it got disconnected. We have tried this twice and same result and with no other options we booked the room directly and for the next two days we tried reaching the customer support and they put the call on hold again and disconnected after sometime. I mailed Oyo support on all possible mail ids but no response till date. Its already 15 days now.
