I partially booked a hotel , after getting suggestion by google,through booking.com. Booking.com sent me the partial payment link of 224 .The payment source they sent, was of OYO so I paid oyo for the hotel I found on booking.com. After reaching to the hotel they didn’t allow us to stay as they don’t allow unmarried couple( according to oyo policies of that particular hotel ) but I booked that from booking.com and it was not mentioned there that they don’t allow unmarried couples.Simply I want my money back as I didn’t stay there, so I contacted oyo customer service and they told me the money can’t be refunded just because we didn’t check the policy before booking.
