I have booked hotel via Oyo and when showed up to the hotel, hotel cancelled our booking back to oyo since oyo did not pay them and asked us to find another hotel.
This was a very bad experience, I will never book with OYO again. I’m an international traveler from USA and its a shady company to deal with. Their customer service never resolve the case and put you on hold for ever and then mysteriously disconnect after an extended wait time. This happened to me 12 times.
