Text of Complaint by Vikash Kumar:

I have booked a hotel in Delhi from OYO app and paid the 1299 RS amount online. My booking ID: V5JN8175 After one hour i have reach to hotel name:B-4/144,Shiv Shakti, Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi,Delhi. Hotel receptionist deny the pre booking of OYO i have talked to property manager and he said that their website is not working so they can not accept the OYO booking and i have to take pay at hotel and choose the tarrif accordingly. I have complaint regarding this on oyo helpline and they said they would escalate this and help. I have leave the hotel and didnot checked in. Now after 3 days they are refusing to give refund amount.
