Dear sir, I made a online booking from Booking.com ( service provider) on OYO Rooms on dt.- 14/11/2022 in OYO 70116 Vrindavan resorts – Pratapgarh ( U.P.), India. Sir, when I call the hotel for my booking status, they told me that they have no room availability against my reservation then I cancelled my online booking, but after 03 Months passing they do not return my booking amount of Rs. 252 , which was I deposited at the time of booking, I called my times to OYO Rooms Customer Care but they are transferring my call on another department and after some time call disconnected automatically, so please provide my refund amount as earlier from OYO.
