Text of Complaint by Rahul Bisht:

Worst management and worst behaviour by the manager of hotel spot on 61091 silver palace Dx, near rk ashram metro station delhi . I have booked 2 rooms in the above mentioned hotel for my family via oyo app and they just give 1 room and also room, washroom were dirty, they also demand extra service charge of inr Rs.400 when I already paid full payment online via oyo app. I have complaint to oyo but they are not resolving the problem. When we complaint to oyo, the manager started abusive and faulted language. And when we told this to the customer care first they put us to hold and than disconnect the call. Each time, when I tried to reach the customer care, but they are not helping me in any way. They are not providing our refund and saying that we are at hotel property and didn’t check out and when we told them to demand cctv footage from the hotel manager they did not listen to us and blame us after facing such kind of inconvenience.
