I book oyo hotel from agoda app. Then I go for hotel hotel reception tell no roo. Available please call customer service executive.
Then oyo representative tell book another hotel near your location.
And current book I cancel your payment refund next 24 hr.
Next after 24 hr I call they say I didn’t fund any details related to your booking I’d. Again I call one representatives transfer call to refund team automatically call cut.
Please help that’s a serious issue
