Sir i beg to say that i book online hotel room by oyo hotel booking they deduct my money and after that they cancelled my booking then i call to coustmer care they denined to refund my payment back and they also denind to visit in hotel i paid for that sir my oyo booking id is- KlJR0386 now im in trouble i have no money to stay anywhere i already paid for hotel but oyo denied nd they told me that your booking is cancelled nd not to refund my money back sir i am student and money is very valuable for me what can i do sir my 500 hundred rupess is deducted my oyo and they denind to refund nd stop me to visit those hotel
