I had booked an room in Oyo with Booking ID- M85Y0581, Property Name – Collection O Banjara Hills Near GVK One Mall (property ID: HYD1521) Hyderabad dt. 05-06-23.
When I reached at the Hotel, property manager told there is no rooms are available and our booking details also was there with the name Kamal Kr. Biswas and the property manager also surprised why the booking is given to us when there is no rooms are available.
I called Oyo Customer care executive and informed everything and the executive called the hotel and after few moments he offered me to shift another hotel and when he called others hotel to check whether rooms are available or not but did not got the confirmation.
So he told to cancel the booking and the refund amount of INR 1621 will reverted on my account.
Now I got the email and that refund will not given as the hotel has not replied on their call.
Then, again I call Oyo, the Executive told me the refund can not be processed as the hotel has not confirmed the validation and the Oyo Customer care executive Mr Bilal acknowledged that I was given the rooms and as there was no reply from the hotel so refund can not be processed. Mr Bilal was so tricky and complaining the policy of Oyo is same way to not refund the amount.
Oyo is doing this fraudulent and scam robbery with false commitment to the customer, earlier also I faced this issue.
It’s my humble request to take necessary action to get back my hard earned money asap.
