Had booked the hotel on the 5th of September through OYO and the payment was confirmed. There was no amount due, however when I checked in the Hotel manager rudely mentioned that I had to pay double the amount. The total charges which I had paid through Oyo was 7083, but the Hotel manager was asking for another 7000 INR extra. On talking to Oyo customer service they could settle for only 4k and manager took 2800 from us. This is a total fraud which Oyo is doing when the due amount was Nil.
