i Booked a OYO hotel via Paytm and is trying to cancel it for last 15 days. have contacted paytm Thrice for same but gets the revert as “we are working on it”

have opened a query as well for the same as: 149306110. have not received any response on it as well

hotel booking id: 9861502453
